Steps to Install TWRP on Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL
Step 1: Download the TWRP.img file for your device from the download section, rename it to recovery.img. After renaming the file move it to the ADB and Fastboot folder.
Step 2: Power off your device. Now Boot your device into Bootloader mode
Hold Volume down key + Power button simultaneously for 2-3sec
Step 3: Once your device is in bootloader mode connect the device to PC via USB cable.
Step 4: Now go to the ADB and Fastbot folder and Open Command Window here
