Part 1: Install and Configure Package Disabler Pro
Step 1. Download the Package Disabler Pro app from Google Play Store by clicking below:
Step 2. On your Samsung device, go to Settings > About Phone > Software information. Tap on the Build number continuously until you a toast message saying Developer options have been enabled.
Step 3. Go to Settings > Developer options. Make sure USB Debugging is enabled.
Step 4. Download and install ADB and Fastboot tool on your PC.
Step 5. Go to the folder where ADB and Fastboot are installed on your PC. Open a command prompt from inside the folder. To do this: Hold down Shift + Right Click > Select ‘Open command window here’ or ‘Open PowerShell window here’.
Step 6. Connect your Samsung Galaxy device to your PC.
Step 7. On your computer, execute the following command on your command prompt:
adb shell dpm set-device-owner com.ospolice.packagedisablerpro/.receivers.AdminReceiver
Step 8. Reboot your device.

Step 1. After rebooting the device, Open Package Disabler Pro. You will be shown the listed of apps installed on your device.
